Dows - Harry Ball, 77, retired Dows farmer died Tuesday at his home here. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Willim-Van Hove Funeral Home is in charge.

Born December 18, 1891 at Walker, he was the son of Frank and Gettie Thompson Ball. They moved to this area when he was a child. He was married to Faye Watts February 27, 1919 at Golden, Colorado. They farmed until 1950.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Harry Jr., Tampa, Florida; a grandchild; a brother, George of Seattle, Washington and a sister, Mrs. Willard Sears of Hill City, South Dakota.
