Mrs. Johanna Cox, 36, of Sioux City, died Saturday in a hospital in Iowa City where she had submitted to two operations about year ago.
Mrs. Cox was born September 9, 1906, in Germany and came to the United States with her mother in 1908. She had resided in Sioux City since 1916.
Surviving are her father, Henry Mann, and a daughter, Mrs. Wilfred Lawrence, both of Sioux City.
Funeral services will be held 3 p. m. Monday in the Perasso funeral chapel. Rev. A. H. Janke will officiate and burial will be Logan Park cemetery. in.

Funeral services for Mrs. Johanna Cox, 36, of Sioux City, who died Saturday in a hospital in Iowa City, will be held at 3 p. m. today in the Perasso funeral chapel.
Rev. A. H. Janke will officiate and burial will be in Logan Park cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Burnette, John Schram, Samuel Lehr, Earl Layton.
