MRS. LORENTZ MADSEN

Mrs. Lorentz Madsen, 85, resident of Sioux City for 36 years, died Tuesday in the Salem old peoples' home at Elkhorn after a brief illness. She formerly lived at 4227 Correctionville Road.

Mrs. Madsen was born May 8, 1857, in Denmark. She migrated to Irene, S. D., in 1902 and came to Sioux City four years later. She was a member of the Lutheran church.

Surviving are a son Karl C. of Sioux City and a grandson. Mr. Madsen died in 1918.

The body was taken to the Nelson-Berger funeral home.

MRS. LORENTZ MADSEN

Funeral services for Mrs. Lorentz Madsen, 85, a resident of Sioux City for 36 years, who died Tuesday, will be held at 2:30 p. m. in Our Savior's Lutheran church.

Rev. K. M. Matthiesen will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Park cemetery under the direction of the Nelson-Berger funeral home.
