Side by Side in Death as in Life.
Mrs. Peter Anderson who was in the wrecked house where her husband was instantly killed never recovered consciousness. Life remained in her for several days, when she passed away. The double funeral was held Wednesday at the Lutheran Church, when Mr. and Mrs. Peter Anderson were laid at rest side by side in the same grave. The family is to be pitied in the sudden taking away of their parents, home and household goods.—Calmar Courier.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Peder who was born June 1837 and died May 9, 1918. He is buried in Calmar Lutheran Cemetery. It also says he was killed in a tornado.
