Died a Citizen.
Preston, Minn., Nov. 14.—Terger Torgeson, a farmer, living in York township, was in to get his final papers Friday, but will never have any use for them, as before leaving town got drunk, and started for home. When out of town about two miles he fell out of the buggy and ruptured a blood vessel in his head and died in a few moments.
