OBITUARY.
FOSS—Mrs. Ellen Obriham Foss was born in Decorah township, Aug. 5, 1872, and died May 11, 1898, at the age of 25 years, 7 months and 9 days. She resided in this county all her life. She was married to Michael Foss Sept. 9, 1891, and lived happily with him four years until his death. She leaves to mourn her loss one little girl, Florence, 4½ years of age, her father and mother, three brothers and one sister. After a long and painful illness of more than two years’ duration, she goes to join her husband. Fully trusting in her Savior, she was fully prepared and anxious to go.
The funeral was on Monday at 11:00 a. m. from the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Obriham, conducted by Rev. L, L. Lockard, interment in Phelps.
