Pretty Home Wedding.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Bertleson, 613 First street, was the scene of a pretty wedding Friday morning, Feb. 5th, when their daughter, Miss Lorena was united in marriage to Robert W. Yarwood of Decorah, Iowa. Rev. Wm. Baier pastor of the Christian church, was the officiating clergyman. The bride was attired in a handsome white shadow lace and pale blue chiffon over a white silk. At the conclusion of the ceremony a splendid breakfast was served. White geraniums and ferns were used as decorations. The bride was born and raised in Clay county and graduated from the Spencer high school last June. She is a young lady of splendid, womanly accomplishments and an attractive personality, and her sweet disposition and winning ways make her a favorite with her friends. Mr. Yarwood is a prudent business man and his friends know him to be a man of strict integrity. They will make their home in California and here is good wishes to them—Spencer News.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Yarwood of this city. The congratulations of many friends are extended.
