Wedding Bells.
A beautiful home wedding took place at half past eight last Saturday evening, May 30th, at the farm home of Mrs. Flora Beucher in Winneshiek County, located midway between Ridgeway and Cresco. The bride was Miss Myrtle L. Beucher and the groom was Franklin Richardson, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ira K. Richardson. The young people have grown up in this neighborhood and they are well known for their industry and good character. Rev. Sylvester officiated at the ceremony and only the immediate relatives of the families were present. The parlor was beautifully and tastily decorated with ferns and white flowers. A canopy of snow-ball blossoms was skillfully arranged. After the wedding was solemnized, the guests were served with a splendid wedding supper. The young couple received a number of very nice wedding gifts. Congratulations from all their friends in the neighborhood, where they are held in the highest esteem, are herewith extended with best wishes for their happiness.
