Mrs. Christina Hobbs
The death of Mrs. Christina Hobbs, wife of John Hobbs, occurred today at 9:30 AM today at her home, 513 Queen Ann avenue.

The deceased was born in this state in 1848.  She is survived by her husband and five children, William of Davenport, Mrs. W.T. Thomas, Mrs. Smith Thomas, Thomas Hobbs, and Mrs Jesse Allbright, all of this city, and Charles Hobbs of F company of the 168th Regiment of the Rainbow Division.

The funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:30 PM at the residence, conducted by Rev. W.E. Beavis with interment in the Ottumwa McIntire Cemetery.
