Patricia Willson Casady

Patricia Ann Willson Casady, 61, of Chicago died Sept. 11, 1993, at Continental Care Nursing Home in Chicago.

She was born Sept. 28, 1931, in Fairfield to Hattie Pogemiller Willson.

She had worked for several years preparing corporate tax returns in Charlotte, N.C., and Hialeah, Fla., before moving t0 Chicago in 1970 to work for Alexander Grant and Co. doing tax research and preparing corporate tax returns. She retired in 1983.

She attended Parsons College in 1949, and Loop College in Chicago in 1970. She became a certified public accountant in 1972.

She is survived by two sons, Richard L. Casady and Thomas K. Casady of Lincoln, Neb.; a daughter, Susan C. Bray of Chathan, Ill.; two sisters, Doris Martin of Fairfield and Roberta Ahrens of Keosauqua; and three brothers, Phil Willson of Council Bluffs, Donald Willson of Des Moines and Robert Willson of Pine Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 1993 at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield, the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. The body was cremated.

Memorials may be made to Fairfield Public Library.

Behner Funeral Home, Fairfield, was in charge of arrangements.
