Martha V. White

Martha Vivian White, 95, of Farmington died at 6:05 a.m. March 28, 1993, at Keokuk Care Center.

She was born Feb. 13, 1898, in Terra Haute to Carlos Norman and Mary Elizabeth Campbell. She married Carroll Bart White on March 12, 1916, in Batavia.

She lived in Bonaparte for 50 years and Farmington for 18 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Geraldine Boyd of Keokuk; a son, Carroll White of Ottumwa; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and two sisters.

The service was held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 1993 at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington, the Rev. Fred Malone officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery.
