Faye Shearer

Services for Faye Shearer, 75, Farmington, were held Monday, December 18, 1989 at the Farmington Baptist Church with Reverend Phillip Schmitz officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery.

Mrs. Shearer died at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 1989 at her home.

She was born October 3, 1914 in Missouri. She had lived in Farmington since 1975 and was a member of the Farmington Baptist Church.

On November 13, 1933 at Kahoka, Missouri, she was married to Cecil Shearer, who survives.

Also surviving are four sisters, Mildred Martin, Farmington, Eunice Hite, Fort Madison, Wilma Carroll, Kahoka, and Sylvia Butler, Ashton, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Her parents were David and Betty Jones Krouse.

A memorial is being established with the Farmington Baptist Church. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington.
