LILLIE B. REDFEARN
Lillie B. Redfearn, 89, of Bonaparte, died Monday, June 11, at 11:12 a.m. in Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua.
She was born August 31, 1889 at Memphis, Missouri, the daughter of Walter and Hulda Schuler Rule.
She married Adam Russell in November of 1908. he died September of 1939.
On May of 1954 at New London, she married Alonzo E. Refearn. He died in January of 1972.
She moved to Bonaparte from New London in 1973.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Memphis, Missouri and the Royal Neighbors of America.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Fern (Maude) Anderson of Bonaparte; three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, three brothers and four sisters.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 14, at 10 a.m. in the Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. The Rev. Scott Holmes will officiate. Burial will be in Vale Cemetery at Bonaparte. The family received friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials have been suggested for the Heart Fund or Shriner's Crippled Children's Hospital.
