MRS. CHAS. SOWERS DIED THURSDAY

FORMER NEVADA WOMAN PASSED AWAY AT HOME AT HEREFORD, TEXAS.

Mrs. Charles W. Sowers died at her home in Hereford, Texas, Thursday morning, according to word which reached relatives in Nevada yesterday. The body will be brought to Nevada for interment but as yet nothing definite has been learned regarding the holding of the funeral.

Mrs. Sowers was well known in Story county where she was raised and lived for many years after she was married. The last few years of her life here they lived on a farm on the Lincoln highway just west of the city.

About six years ago they moved to Longmont, Colo., where they lived for a year after which they moved to Hereford, Texas. Besides her husband and one son Donald and his wife, she leaves two brothers and two sisters. Her maiden name was Mattie Kooser and she leaves the brother Sam S. Kooser and George Kooser and sisters Mrs. Waldo Stultz and Mrs. Syble Allen.
