Netherlands birth record lists Neeltje Louter born to Jacob Loter and Neeltje de Ruiter on 26 Nov 1851 at Rhoon, Rotterdam, Zuid Holland, Netherlands.

Marriage record lists Gerardus Hendricus Verrips born at Hei-en-Boelcop age 25 married Neeltje Louter born Rhoon age 25 His parents were Peter Verrips and Pieternille Alida Horstman and her parents were Jacob Louter and Neeltje de Ruiter married 5 July 1877 at Rhoon Zuid Holland Neth.

On Friday or Saturday the old mother G. A. Verrips died aged 73 years and 8 months. As the old mother grew weaker, Mr. and Mrs. Verrips at Sioux Center live near their children. However, it has not been for long. The funeral took place on Tuesday when the children of Mr. and Mrs. J. Verrips and a service in the Reformed church in Middleburg, where the burial order is also taking place.
