Little Alida Landhuis died Monday morning of Lung fever. She had been sick only a few days. The funeral services were held at the house Wednesday afternoon at one o'clock and at the Reformed church at one-thirty Rev. Van Duine of Newkirk and Rev. TeSelle officiating. The parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
(Alida Johann Landhuis was born 11 Nov 1900 and died 1 Feb 1903 buried at Newkirk IA daughter of John. There were two John Landhuis families as possibilities for her family. John Henry Landhuis born 1868 died 1948 and wife Johanna Woetink born 1875 died 1955. There was also a John and Dora Landhuis.)
