Attracted by the actions of a shepherd dog, Mrs. Max Reinig, of Portsmouth, followed the animal to a held where her husband had dropped dead.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Mathias who was born May 20, 1870 and died Feb 29, 1916. He is buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
