MRS. RALPH BUSBY, 49, DIES SUDDENLY.

Mrs. Ralph [Agnes Veronica (HAWKINS)] BUSBY of 5555 N. W. 63rd Ave. in Des Moines died suddenly, Friday, Dec. 27, of a heart attack while driving down Keosauqua in Des Moines. Her daughter, Phyliss, who was accompanying her, was able to pull the car to the curb and to summon help, but Mrs. BUSBY was dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Mrs. Busby is survived by her husband and seven children, Julianne, Joyce, Michael, Phyllis and Thomas, twins and Janet and Jimmy, also twins - all at home.

Ralph [Eldon] BUSBY grew up in the Diagonal community and in the Clearfield Community following his marriage before moving to Johnson, Iowa. He is the son of C[ecil]. J[ohn]. BUSBY and the late Mrs. BUSBY of Clearfield.

Last rites were held Monday morning from Saint Pius X church in Des Moines.

John BUSBY left Saturday for his home in Boulder, Colorado after having spent the past 10 days here. He was called here by the death of his sister-in-law Mrs. Ralph BUSBY of Des Moines.

John was accompanied home by his father, C[ecil]. J. BUSBY who will spend several weeks in Colorado and in California before returning to his home here in the spring.

Mr. and Mrs. John [Louise (ENGLAND)] BUSBY and Larry, accompanied by Mrs. Pete [Bettie (BUSBY)] SHAFFER, all of Boulder, Colorado, came last week, called here by the sudden death of their sister-in-law, Mrs. Ralph BUSBY at Johnson, Iowa.
