OBITUARY ~ TODD ROBERT KRAMER
October 2, 1968 ~ August 22, 2011Todd Robert KRAMER (known as Oopie to all in Mt. Ayr), 42, Grinnell, died August 22, 2011, at his home in Grinnell, Iowa.
Todd was born October 2, 1968, in Norfolk, Nebraska. He graduated from Mt. Ayr Community High School in 1987 and from Northwest Missouri State University in 1991. He married Amy WACHA in 1999 and they were later divorced. The light of his life, Eli, was born March 15, 2003. Todd worked as a sales representative for EarthLink at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his son Eli KRAMER, Cedar Rapids; mother and step-father, Sue and Elno HOFFMAN, Cedar Falls; his father, Robert (Bob) KRAMER and his special friend Judy YOST, Buena Vista; maternal grandmother, Edna LOEWE, Norfolk, NE; one brother, Tom KRAMER and wife MaryAnn, Shawano, WI; one sister, Teri TRASK and husband Lynn, Cedar Falls, IA; two nephews, Josh (J. T.) ROKUSEK and Adam KRAMER and two nieces, Andrea WALLACE and Amber WENDLAND, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his step-mother, MaryAnn KRAMER; grandparents, Gustav KRAMER, Gus NELSON, and Edna KRAMER.
Memorial Services will be held at the Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home in Mt. Ayr, Iowa, on Sunday, August 28. The family will be present for a visitation at 12:00 and the service will be at 1:00. A luncheon will follow at the United Baptist Presbyterian Church in Mt. Ayr.
Memorials are to a scholarship for his son.
