NOTICE of DEATH - MONA E. SOVEREIGN

Mona E. SOVEREIGN, 95, of Mount Ayr died May 13, 2006, at Clearview Home in Mount Ayr. Services are pending at Wilson-Watson and Armstrong Funeral Home, 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ayr.

Mona E. SOVEREIGN, 95, of Mount Ayr died May 13, 2006, at Clearview Home in Mount Ayr.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 19, at Mount Ayr First Christian Church. The Rev. John BRILLO will officiate the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Mount Ayr. Open visitation will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wilson-Watson and Armstrong Funeral Home, 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ay. The family will be present 9:30 a.m. Friday until service time at the First Christian Church. Memorials may be directed to First Christian Church in Mount Ayr or Hospice of Central Iowa.

Mrs. SOVEREIGN, daughter of Pearl Ellen (BROWN) and Irving TRULLINGER, was born November 8, 1910, in Delphos. On September 27, 1958, she married Herburt A. SOVEREIGN in Mount Ayr. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn (husband Bob) MOBLEY of Jacksonville, Fla., and Sherri (husband Lynn) EVANS of Storm Lake; two sons, Gary LUCAS of Oskaloosa and Milton (wife Karen) SOVEREIGN of Pickering, Mo.; brother Paul TRULLINGER of Redding; sister-in-law Roxie TRULLINGER of Mount Ayr; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son Keith LUCAS; three brothers, John, Doyle and Harold TRULLINGER; two sisters, Zola TULL and Gladys BONJOUR; and granddaughter Terri Su O'LEARY.
