OBITUARY - PEGGY ANN (KRIZ) BRADLEY

Peggy Ann BRADLEY, daughter of Allen & Marion (ECKHARDT) KRIZ, was born December 10, 1932 at Traer, Iowa. Peggy attended Traer High School. In 1952, she enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was a W.A.V.E. She was discharged in 1954. On February 6, 1962, Peggy married Elmer Dale BRADLEY in Grundy Center, Iowa.

Peggy retired from Traer Manufacturing and together with Elmer; they retired to Sun Valley Lake at Ellston, Iowa in 1998. Four years ago they moved into Tingley. Peggy was a member of the Methodist Church; the American Legion in Traer; and the Lions Club in Tingley.

Peggy died on November 14, 2008 at the Ringgold County Hospital in Mount Ayr, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Elmer of Tingley; a daughter Tracy (BRADLEY) SHIRK of Nashville, NE and a son Kenny BRADLEY & wife Kimberly of Urbandale, IA; three grandchildren Brittney SHIRK, Katie BRADLEY and Kylie BRADLEY; one great grandson Ricky STOKKA; a brother Max KRIZ & wife Joan of Waterloo, IA and a sister Betty BARGE & husband Pete of Traer; other relatives & friends.

Peggy was cremated. Memorials are to the Tingley Methodist Church.
