OBITUARY - J. M. MINNICK.

Jesse M. MINNICK was born May 24, 1859, and passed away December 14, 1931, at the home of his son Roy at Shannon City at the age of 72 years, six months and 20 days. He was united in marriage to Laura E. MAIN in 1880. To this union was born ten children. His wife and three children - two sons and one daughter - preceded him in death.

He leaves to mourn his going seven children - Mrs. John MORRIS of Mount Ayr, Mrs. Chub RICE of Diagonal, Mrs. Pearl BROWN of Diagonal, Roy of Shannon City, Emmel of Mount Ayr, Lee of Brush, Colo., and Birt; three brothers, George of Mount Ayr, A. J. of Brighton, Colo., Aaron of Atlanta, Ill,; six siters, Mrs. c. A. COMSTOCK of Cincinnati, Ilwa, Mrs. Mary BENGE of Grant, Neb., Mrs. Roy HOVER of Leveland, Colo., Mrs. Margaret HOUTZ of Cushing, Okla., Mrs. C. H. MOORE of Mount Ayr, Mrs. J. A. SMITH of Mount Ayr.
