NOTICE of DEATH.

DIED - In Washington township, this county on the 27th of February, 1877, Mrs. Susan McCLURG, in the 74th year of her age. Rev. W. F. BARTHOLOMEW will preach her funeral sermon at Siloam on the 25th of this month, at 11 o'clock. She was the mother of Mrs. John WRAY of this place.

NOTE: Susan (ANDREW) McCLURG was born in 1816, and was the second wife of Andrew Jackson McCLURG (1815-1879). Susan and Andrew were interred at Oak Ridge Cemetery near Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.
