Moffatt Family Reunion

Descendents (sic) of Alex and Elsie (HOLLOWAY) MOFFATT met September 14-17 in Mount Ayr. Ruth (MOFFATT) ANGUS led a discussion about family history. Family tree charts and many old photos were displayed and stories and updates were shared. Ringgold and Rose Hill Cemeteries and Caledonia were visited.

It was the first time that all 11 grandchildren of Alex and Elsie were together.

Attending were Charolette AMODEO of Castleton, NY; Jody CADY of Mechanicville, NY; Walter and Joan MAYER of Clarksville, TN; Jimmy MAYER of Chattanooga, TN; Elsie Jane, Shannon and Gracie HOLLEY of Riverton, IL; Carol Renee HOLLEY of California; Wayne and Jan HEITSHUSEN of Manchester; Dennis and Phyllis WHITEHEAD of Williamsburg; Al MOFFATT of Thousand Oaks, CA; Stacy MOFFATT of Westminster, CA; Georgianna GIDEON of Topeka, KS; Norman and Barbara SCHMIDTKE of Highland Village, TX; Doris BANE of Laramie, WY; Tom and Helen POLLOCK of Malvern; Dan, Stephanie and Will POLLOCK of Linden; Josh, Kari and Teagan TAYLOR of Bolivar, MO; Dennis, Nina, Tate and Isac DUGAN of Plattsburg, MO, and Ruth ANGUS, Dave and Marie STILL, Warren ANGUS, Betty STILL and Lucas, Amanda and Lewis ANGUS of Mount Ayr.

Unable to attend the reunion but visiting recently with Ruth ANGUS were Jason, Nicci, Sarah and Ryan GILLETTE of Brookfield, WI, Bill, Cathy, Katie, JT and Gabi POLLOCK of Pella and Jeff, Melissa, Tyler, Jacob and Hayden POLLOCK of Treynor.
