Mrs. Eliza Gladwin, aged 78 years, died at her home at 2025 South Eleventh Street at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon from heart failure. Mrs. Gladwin had been a resident of Council Bluffs for fifty-two years. She leaves three daughters to mourn her death.

The funeral will take place from the residence at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, the Rev. Mr. Williams officiating. The body will be interred in Clark Cemetery.
