Biological Maternal Great Grandmother

Hi there! I recently found out that the name of my grandmother's biological mother was Helen Spencer Grayson. I can't seem to find any information at all for Helen! She was born around 1901 and lived in the Des Moines on SE 8th Indianola Rd in the 1920s. Does anyone know anything about Helen Spencer Grayson? There must be photos, school records, something! She was an African American woman.

I'd love to know more about her and gift my mom any clues for her 80th bday coming up!
