Jeffrey R. Crispin, 29, passed from this life on Monday, October 21, 2013, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in West Des Moines. Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Jeffrey's life will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Friday, November 1, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, located at 3424 Forest Avenue in Des Moines, where the family will greet friends following the service. Burial of the cremated remains will take place at St. Luke's Resurrection Garden.

Jeffrey was born on May 14, 1984, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Gerald Lewis Jr. and Terry Jo (Frits) Crispin. He was a 2002 graduate of Valley High School in West Des Moines. For 13 years, Jeffrey was employed with Target Stores as a team member.

He is survived and lovingly remembered by his mother, Terry Anderson of Windsor Heights; father, Gerald Crispin and his wife, Marjorie of Des Moines; two brothers, Timothy Crispin and Steven Crispin; uncle, Thomas Crispin and his wife, Bonnie of Waukee; aunt, Pat Leto and her husband, Perry; nephew, Nicholas Crispin of Des Moines; one niece, Abbi Lynn Fuller of Adel; and a host of extended family members and friends.

The family has respectfully requested that any memorial contributions be made in Jeffrey Crispin's name to: MAGIC Foundation - 6645 W. North Avenue; in Oak Park, IL 60302.
