Mr. Frank L. Baxter IV, 66, former Security Director of Camp Dodge, passed away March 3, 2012.

A memorial service is planned for noon on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Henderson's Funeral Home.

Mr. Baxter is survived by his wife, Pamela Baxter; his children Frank Baxter V, Kelly and Michelle Baxter, Kimberly (Cheeko) Camel; grandchildren, Kellan and Kenecia, 18 nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Foxy.

Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service.
