Life’s End.
Bertha Strobehn, Dead At Age 87

Miss Bertha Strobehn, 87, died Monday at Brentwood convalescent and rest home here, where she had been a resident since July 1.

Born Sept. 7, 1872, at Wilton Junction, Iowa, she moved to Clarinda in 1900. Three years later Miss Strobehn went to Cherokee where she resided until moving to LeMars a month ago.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mauer’s funeral home with Rev. S. T. Fitch officiating. Burial will be in the City cemetery.

Only survivors are nieces and nephews, whose whereabouts are unknown. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
