Note: His mother's maiden name was Kalas and his wife's maiden name was Vosseteig.

HOMER EBERHARD

BRISTOL—Homer Eberhard, 65, of 94 Gaylord St., died Wednesday night at Yale-New Haven Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Le Mars, Iowa, he lived in Bristol eight months. He had been a conductor on the railroad in North Dakota for 45 years until he retired in 1972. He was a member of West Lodge No. 33. AF&AM of Minot, N. D., a member of the United Transportation Union of America Local 1059.

He leaves his wife, Marie V. Eberhard, born in Bristol; two brothers, Alpheus Eberhard of Anaheim, Calif., and Merlin Eberhard of Montevideo, Minn.; one sister, Mrs. Caryl Devereaux of Fargo, N.D.; two grandchildren.

The funeral is Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Avon, with the Rev. Sherwood W. Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Avon. There are no calling hours. Vincent Funeral Home, Albany Turnpike, Canton, is making arrangements.
