Durrell W. "Mike" Hull, 53, Mason City, died Monday, June 0, 1996 in Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit at Mason City. Funeral services will be held in Major Erickson Funeral Home, Mason city, today, June 13 at 10 a.m. Rev Jack Vanden Heuvel of Rolling Acres Christian Reformed Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Cemetery, Cherokee County, at 3 p.m. today. The family requests that memorials be given to the Durrel W. "Mike" Hull Memorial Fund.

Mike Hull was born April 20, 1943, in Storm Lake, the son of Ralph and Gladys Urban Hull. Mike graduated from Sutherland High School. He was a self-employed automobile body repair man for many years. He enjoyed country western music and taught Country Western dance. He also enjoyed cars and stock racing.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene D. of Webster City; his mother, Gladys F. Hull of Mason City; two sons, Patrick E. and his wife Wanda of Eagle Lake, Minnesota; and Troy A. of Mankato, Minnesota; two grandchildren, Andrew and Nicole Hull; step-children Charndra and her husband, Dr. Keith Jones of Tacoma, Washington; Nicholas R. Olson; Shauna D. Olson; and Brigette J. Olson, all of Webster City; two sisters, Arvella and her husband, Louis Henderson of Albert Lea, Minnesota; and Sheryl J. and her husband, Fred Kramer of Mason City; and five nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and maternal grandparents.
