Wm Massie was instantly killed and W. L. Radebaugh badly injured Tuesday evening in an out accident which occurred at the Long Creek bridge, six miles west of Wapello. Both men lived in Muscatine and were enroute from Columbus City to Wapello. ... The body was taken to then J. G. Keck undertaking parlors and shipped to Muscatine yesterday. Wm. Massie was 47 years of age, is survived by his wife, who was Miss Mary Bierman and seven children: Mrs. Howard Crow, Willie, Lennie, Florence, Byron, Richard, Howard and Dean.
