Funeral services, including Masonic services, for Victor R. Wulf, 81, Durant, were held Feb. 3, 1996 at Lacock-Bentley Funeral Home in Durant, with the Rev. Roy Rogers officiating. Eva Lu Murrison was the organist and pallbearers were Neil, Steve and Dick Wulf, Rick Kahl, Eugene Wuestenberg and Dale Otto. Honorary pallbearers were Kathy Kahl and Chris, Justin, Travis and Dallas Wulf. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Mr. Wulf died Jan. 30 at Genesis Medical Center East in Davenport.

The son of Albert and Fredia Baurer Wulf, he was born Aug. 30, 1914 in Cedar county. He married Alice R. Siems Jan. 18, 1939 in Davenport.

Mr. Wulf farmed his entire life in Muscatine county, retiring in 1979. He moved to Durant in 1984.

He was a member of Wilton Masonic Lodge No. 167, the Golden Wedding Club in Davenport, and the Durant Senior Citizens Club. He was a past director of Eastern Iowa Light and Power Co.

Mr. Wulf enjoyed carpentry work, fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Dennis, Durant; a brother, Harold, Durant; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
