Funeral services for Agnes O. Hudachek, 83, West Liberty, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 1994 at the West Liberty Chapel of Barker Funeral Home, where friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge cemetery.
Mrs. Hudachek died Jan. 3 at Mercy hospital in Iowa City, following a sudden illness.
The daughter of Otto and Ollie Schauf, she was born May 23, 1910 in Wellman. She married Arthur Hudachek Jan. 3, 1959 in Wellman. The couple farmed most of their lives in Muscatine county.
Mrs. Hudachek is survived by a son, Clel Booth, Muscatine; 3 daughters, Darlene Bouse, Costa Mesa, Calif; Theonne Umphress, Arkansas; and Cheryl Wright, West Liberty; 3 step-daughters, Marie Livings, Jacksonville, Fla.; and Linda Riggan and Elaine Kerf, both of Lone Tree; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and a special friend, Kenneth Walker, West Liberty. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Arlis "Bud" Novy, 2 sisters and a grandson.
