Services Monday For Darlene Nord, Aged 3
Funeral services for Darlene Pearl Nord, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nord were held from the Mamrelund Lutheran Church in Stanton Monday, with Rev. Raynold Lingwall, pastor of Bethleham Lutheran church at Red Oak, in charge. Pallbearers were Caroline Schenck, Janet Anderson, Jean Johnson and Patty Peterson. Music was by Mrs. A. M. Kirkeberg, organist, Marcia Anderson and Mrs. Lyman Anderson, soloists. Flower bearers were Mrs. Oscar Franson, Mrs. Augusta Taft and Mrs. Gunnar Larson. Burial was in Mamrelund cemetery with the Sellergren service.
The little one was born in Red Oak, May 11, 1943, and died Thursday, July 11, at Denver, Colo., of complications. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Richard, a sister, Roberta, the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gust Nord, and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Alma Danielson, of Stanton.
