Lillie M. Polly Weber, 73, of Hornick, died Monday, June 22, 1992, at a hospital in Onawa.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the First Christian Church of Onawa, with the Rev. Everett Epperson and the Rev. Gary DeGeest officiating. Burial will be in the Whiting City Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. today at the Pearson Funeral Home in Onawa.

Mrs. Weber was born Jan. 27, 1919, in Whiting, the daughter of Christian and Rose (Gibbs) Sierks. She married Joy C. Polly Feb. 16, 1938, in Albion, Neb. The couple lived at Atlantic and rural Hornick. He died Oct. 21, 1980 in Sioux City. She married Darrel J. Weber June 26, 1983, in Sloan. They made their home in Hornick. He died Aug. 9, 1988, in rural Hornick.

Mrs. Weber was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Church in German City, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 752 of Sioux City and Mother’s Club of Sloan. From 1983 to 1989, she was a Clownette with the Abu Bekr Shrine Temple of Sioux City.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Ronald E. and JoAnn Polly of Smithland and Norman C. and Shirley Polly of Salt Lake City, Utah; three daughters, Sharon Prichard of Council Bluffs, Mrs. John (Vicky) Marks of Omaha and Mrs. Dennis (Susan) Wiggs of Onawa; two sisters, Dorothy Warrington of Tequesta, Fla., and Bonnie Anderson Jones of Onawa; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Duane Polly; and a granddaughter, Leslie.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
