Kristi - I don't have contact for the caretaker of the Osage cemetery. It might be maintained by the town of Osage. My best suggestion is to contact a funeral home in Osage. They are very likely to give you a contact person.

In your query you give 2 different spellings for Elizabeth's maiden name: KIBALL and KIMBALL
When contacting the funeral home it probably would be helpful to give them both spellings.

I did look for a death notice or obituary for Elizabeth, but did not find one.

Hopefully someone living locally will also reply to your query with another suggestion for your research.
