Anna (Krones) Severson 1878-1951

OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Severson, 73, will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She died Tuesday at her home in Osage, following a long illness.

Survivors include three daughters: Mrs. Roy Harmon, Osage; Mrs. William Stammeyer, Boone, and Mrs. L. W. Lokenvitz, Ventura, California; and a son Harold on the farm; two brothers, John and Jo Krones, of Osage; and four sisters: Mrs. E. C. Morrissey, Lignite, North Dakota; Mrs. Frank Nicholas, Vancouver, Washington; Mrs. Clara Michels, Osage, and Miss Elizabeth Krones, Peoria, Illinois.

Her husband died in 1946.

OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral rites pending for Mrs. Henry Severson, 73, who died Tuesday at her home in Osage; had been ill for sometime.

Born Mar. 23, 1878, to Hilarious and Catherine Krones, as Anna Krones, in Chicago; at age four accompanied parents to Mitchell county; married Aug. 1, 1895, and couple lived on farm east of Osage until retirement in 1944 to Osage; husband died in 1946.

She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Roy Herman, Osage; Mrs. William Stammeyer, Boone; Mrs. L. Wilokenvitz, Ventura, California; a son, Harold, on the home farm; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two brothers, John and Jo Krones, Osage; and four sisters, Mrs. E. Morrissey, Lignite, N. D.; Mrs. Frank Nichols, Vancouver, Washington, Mrs. Clara Michels, Osage, and Miss Elizabeth Krones, Peoria, Illinois.

Preceding her were her husband, a daughter, Hilda, a sister, Mathilda, and a brother, Henry.
