Anton Theodore Krogstad was born June 7, 1886 at Grafton, Walsh, North Dakota to Olavus Krogstad and Karine Ask, the third of their seven children.
Anton married Inger Bergitte Berg on August 29, 1908 at the Rock Creek Lutheran, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. Don't believe the couple had children. Anton was a farmer.
Found in the 1895 - 1910 censuses living at Rock, Mitchell, Iowa:
1895: Anseline T Krogstad age 8.
1900: Ole O Crookstad 47, Carrie Crookstad 43, Oscar Crookstad 19, Tilda Crookstad 16, Anton Crookstad 13, Gustav Crookstad 11, Olga Crookstad 8, Cora Crookstad 5, Selma Crookstad 1.
1910: Anton Krogstad 23, Inga Bergitte Berg Krogstad 23.
Found in the 1915 census at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa: Anton Krogstad, age 28.
Anton Krogstad died March 27, 1919 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa from the Spanish Influenza. Buried at the Osage City Cemetery, Osage, Mitchell, Iowa.
