Dale Frederick Brown, age 60, formerly of Rose Creek, Minn., died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 at Mission Nursing Home in Plymouth, Minn.
Dale was born Dec. 8, 1948 in Osage, Iowa, to Frederick and Walbertha (Steiger) Brown. He served in Vietnam. Dale worked for Hormel Foods. He enjoyed muscle cars, visits with his family and also traveling with his family.
Survivors include his mother: Bertha Brown, Rochester, Minn.; brother: Jeff Brown, Rochester, Minn.; sisters: Anne (Allen) Mickow, Rochester, Minn., Arlene Prokasky, Sandstone, Minn.; nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick Brown on August 1, 1991.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Rose Creek with Father James Seitz officiating. Friends may call one hour before the service at the church on Sunday. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post #146.
Arrangements are by the Mayer Funeral Home.
