AFFIDAVIT.
Date, March 24, 1876.

Henry Holdship to All Persons.

Affiant on oath states that he is the identical person who formerly resided at Osage, Iowa, and conveyed certain lands and lots in said County. That he was never married until the 3rd day of October, 1860. Further, he was personally acquainted with Charles A. Holdship and George W. Holdship, they being his brothers, and knows that neither the said Charles A. Holdship nor George W. Holdship were ever married. That said Charles A. Holdship and George W. Holdship are the indentical persons who formerly resided at Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa, and conveyed certain lands and lots therein.
