On March 17, 1913" I, Alvin Harrison of McIntire, Mitchell County, Iowa, make this my last will.
I give, devise, bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say:
I order and direct that all my just debts shall be paid.I order and direct that a good respectable maker shall be bought and erected at my grave.
It is my will, and I order and direct that a trust fund of Twenty-five ($25.00) shall be raised out of my Estate and deposited in the Aetna Savings Bank of McIntire, Iowa, to draw interest each year to be paid to the Cemetery Association to be used for taking care of my lot in the Cemetery.
It is my will, and I order and direct that after the above has been properly carried out as directed that the balance of my estate, real and personal, shall be equally divided among my brothers and sisters, namely: William Harrison, Joe Harrison, Homer Harrison, Charles W. Harrison, Cora Gooder, Alta Miner and Mattie Pulmmer. Each to share alike.
In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my last will, on January 18,1913.
