Last Will And Testament
of Bertha Stark:
WIll. Dated May 20th, 1895, Filed Aug. 30th. 1899. Admitted to probate in Mitchell County, Iowa, Oct. 17th, 1899 and recorded in Will Record
No. 2, page 478. Clerk's Office.
Copy of Will.
"In the name of God! Amen! I, Bertha Stark of the town of Charles City, in the County of Floyd and State of Iowa, of the age of Forty-eight years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, That is to say.
1st. First. I give and bequeath to my only two minor children, namely, Frank H. Stark and Louis H. Stark, the use of all my property, both real and personal, during their minority, or until they are twenty-one years of age. After these children become twenty-one years old, Then 2nd Second. I give and devise to my said son, Frank H. Stark, Six Hundred dollars.
3rd. Third. I give and devise to my said son, Louis H. Stark, Six Hundred Dollars.
5th. I give and devise all the residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, to my children,namely: Charles Stark, Annie Heddens, Frank Stark, Minnie E. Stark, Frank H. Stark and Louis H. Stark, to be equally divided between them. I hereby appoint A. H. Berlin without bond-sole executor of this my last Will and Testament-hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of May, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and ninety-five. "Bertha Stark. (Seal)."
