The marriage of Miss Alleen Craft, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Craft of Oskaloosa, to Dwight Hinkle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Omar Hinkle of Oskaloosa, took place in the Central M. E. church parsonage at 7:30 o'clock Thursday evening, August 15, 1935. Rev. F. C. Edwards, Central M. E. pastor performed the single ring ceremony. Attendants for the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Hinkle of Oskaloosa.
The bride was attired in a light blue silk crepe dress with white accessories. She carried a mixed garden bouquet.
Both young people are former Oskaloosa high school students. Mr. Hinkle was graduated in 1931 and is now associated with Meadow Gold Dairy. Mr. and Mrs. Hinkle will reside in an apartment at 210 north C street.
