Coordinator's note: She was listed in the Madison County Death Record as "Judy Smith" and the 1870 & 80 Censuses as "Judith Smith". Per the Death Record, she lived in Lee Township and was buried in the "U.P. Church Cemetery". There is no record of such cemetery in Madison County nor in townships adjacent to Lee Township in Dallas and Warren Counties. There is an abandoned cemetery in Lee Township, Section 18 but it's church affiliation is unknown.
