Barney

Lott Fisher received a telegram Thursday from Johnston Colorado from Vincent Longshore saying their little daughter died that evening with diphtheria.

J.W. Longshore and Sam Gardner went to Des Moines on 54 Saturday to meet V.L. Longshore who is bring their daughter here for burial with her sister in the Barney Cemetery.

F.M. Longshore of Kemona, Missouri, was here last week visiting his brother and sister, Mrs. W.A. Gardner.

Transcriber note: The sister referenced is thought to be Anita, who is on the same gravestone and died in 1919 with no obituary.
