Elizabeth Foster Millner was born Dec. 7, 1827 in Tuscarawas county, Ohio and died at her home in Saint Charles, Iowa, Jan. 2, 1912, aged 84 years and 26 days. She came with her parents in the fall of 1855 to Fairfield, Iowa, and from there to Saint Charles and has lived in this vicinity ever since.
She was married to James Millner, who died in 1898. She leaves one brother, Abe Foster and one sister, Mrs. Mary Carter and other relatives to mourn their loss. She had been a member of the M. E. church for many years. She expressed herself as being prepared and ready for death which the Lord saw fit to call her home.
The funeral service was conducted from the Methodist church by her pastor, Rev. Cunningham, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
