Mrs. Jane Striekler near Fairview death was very sudden and unexpected. She was a faithful member of the M. P. church and was a devoted wife and mother, a true and pious Christian. She was always in her place at church and Sabbath school and was ready to meet her Redeemer. She left a husband, two children to mourn but they do not mourn as those who have no hope. She was 45 years, seven months and two days old. Her remains were laid in Northfield cemetery. The funeral was conducted by Rev. R. S. Tague in the M. E. church in Northfield.
