Mr. C. Beard Shellabarger received an injury from the effects of which he died, about 1 o'clock Saturday morning. Dr. Thompson and Darrow were the physicians called. Mr. Shellabarger leaves and aged wife and five sons to mourn his loose. Two of the children, a daughter and son, received the call to depart ere their father died. He was over 82 years of age, and had lived many years in Concord township, and died at his old home, four miles south of Letts, from which place, after a brief service at the house, his remains were taken to Indian Creek cemetery. Six grandsons acted as pall bearers. Very many relatives, friends and neighbors attended the funeral on Sunday at 2 p. m.
