Mrs. Jennie Smith Jones, 61, was buried in Oak Shade cemetery on Monday, following funeral services at 2:00 p.m., from the Yocom chapel.
She died Friday, September 21, at her home in Centerville, and is survived by her husband, Henry Jones, a brother L.A. Smith, of Savanna, Ill., and a sister, Mrs. Henry Reece of Walker. She was the daughter of Mrs. Charles Putnam of Troy Mills and at one time lived at 410 Sixth street in Marion. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. Her parents are buried in Oak Shade cemetery.
